SENIOR LECTURER/ LECTURER

Applicants should have a PhD in the respective disciplines and 
demonstrated excellence in teaching and research at the tertiary level:

1    Urban Geography
2    Physical Geography (Preference will be given to candidates with a 
Biogeography/Remote Sensing background)

In reporting to the Head, Department of Geography &amp; Geology, the 
successful candidates will be expected to

1.    To develop and deliver courses in the area of specialization;
2.    To teach in core courses in Geography within his/her field of 
expertise at the undergraduate levels;
3.    To take an active part in research and postgraduate supervision.


The successful candidates will be expected to take up the posts in 
August 2010
